hello

Well, I'm not certain if I am actually introducing myself to a community or not, but hopes exist, so here goes: I'm Edward and I'm a writer.

Now, I suppose I could tell You that I am currently in Golden, CO, home to Coors brewery, Colorado School of Mines and a number of other things that You simply can not find elsewhere.
I'm here, in Golden, to participate as a volunteer in a greenhouse gas study with the U.S. Geological Survey. I began in May and it has been an opportunity that I'm not really certain how to begin describing. I'm scheduled through the end of this month (July), but if I get the job I'm interviewing for tomorrow, I plan to stay around/in Golden.

This is the first area I've participated in poetry readings. It's really quite an experience. I've enjoyed it very much.

So, I've been writing for a while. I've had the pleasure and privilege of studying at the University level and independently. I hope to return again somewhere, sometime to study in the future also.
