The Manager I was supposed to interview with wasn't there. I was able to interview with an Assistant Manager and We confirmed that I do have experience in all of the positions that They are hiring for, confirmed that I could be on time and have reliable transportation and again, that They are, in fact, hiring.
I ate a great tasting thing. Ciabatta bread with hummus spread and spinach leaves and mushrooms. They placed a dill pickle spear on the side. :)
We scheduled for Me to return tomorrow.
In a typical situation it wouldn't be a great inconvenience, but my situation is finely tuned. If I'm leaving, I'll be leaving the state and I'll need to purchase a ticket to leave. The lease is out on the 29th, but with almost any ticket the more in advance I can purchase it ...
Tomorrow I'll be going to a Poetry Reading in Denver (the one in Colorado of the United States of America). I'm not certain if I'll read, but I think it's open to anyone ... It's at 1601 17th St... Common Grounds.
